The project’s mission is to enhance the productivity of agriculture in India by introducing bees that can pollinate crops and provide additional income from honey.
By working together, Bees Abroad and Under the Mango Tree aim to share best practices and skills to help communities build sustainable livelihoods. The project also seeks to expand its outreach to include more women in beekeeping, which is currently dominated by men. Through this initiative, the project aims to create a positive impact on the lives of subsistence farmers in India by enhancing agricultural productivity and providing additional income opportunities.
