COP26 Development Action with Bees Abroad - Bees Abroad are delighted to share that on his recent visit to the Vatican in the lead up to COP26, The Archbishop of Canterbury presented Pope Francis with a gift, supporting the Jikomboe Women’s Beekeeping project on Kome Island, Tanzania.

The Big Give

This year we are so excited to be taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, the UK’s biggest online match funding campaign. We will be raising support for Beekeepers for Life, our campaign to empower women across Africa through beekeeping. We are excited about the potential with donations doubled, to raise funds to empower many more women.

A remarkable story from Christine Ryumugabe about how beekeeping, supported by Bees Abroad, is changing lives of the Jireh women in Kisoro District, Western Uganda.  

Building our success over 21 years of Beekeeping, we know that Beekeeping changes lives.
